Eligibility for a Refund
To be eligible for a refund, your item must meet the following conditions:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging.
- Returns must be initiated within 10 days of receiving your order.
- Items that are final sale, intimate wear, swimwear, or custom-made cannot be returned.
How to Request a Refund

- Once approved, you will receive return instructions.
- Ship the item(s) back to us within 10 days of approval.
Refund Processing
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 30 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return the original item and place a new order.
Late or Missing Refunds
